Greek Yogurt = My Love.
Ever since I discovered greek yogurt about 1 year ago, I just cannot get enough of it! I eat it as a snack almost everyday. I've tried Fage, Chobani and Oikos but Fage will always be my #1. It seems thicker than the Chobani or Oikos and I LOVE me some thick yogurt! I usually eat my yogurt with 1 tbsp. of ground flaxseed, shredded unsweetened coconut, and dry-roasted slivered almonds. I usually add one packet of Equal (it's bad for me, I know) but I forgot to bring my Equal packets to work today! BOO!
